The SVA Campus Store is committed to supporting our creative community by offering returns on most new, unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, sellable condition with tags attached; please note that final sale items and used art supplies are not eligible for return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt to ensure faster processing.
Submit Your Return
Bring your package to our on-campus location or ship it back to our returns department using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
